I’ll be chiming in with customer stories from the front lines and letting you know what others are saying about us (the good, the bad, the ugly!) and also giving you some sneak peeks at cool new products we have coming out – let’s just hope our developers are too busy coding to read what I have to say! If you’ve got a technical question about something, well…don’t submit it to me if you want it answered! Just kidding…I’ll be happy to pass your question off to someone on the product team!
As you are all probably aware (I’m sure you’ve seen the section on our site where we brag about
who we are and where we’ve come from, right??), we have over
3000 customers from around the world and the main part of my job is talking to every one of them who calls or emails!
Yes, it’s absolutely overwhelming at times, but I love the fact that I can actually have real conversations with real customers out there and that people can just pick up the phone to talk to me.
No, you don’t have to push 1, then 5, then * or scream “SPEAK TO A REPRESENATIVE!!!” (wait, am I the only one who does that?) to actually get through! The only time you can’t talk to me is when I’m not here (duh) or when I’m in our kitchen making coffee (more on that later).
