Several years ago when Bamboo Solutions decided to focus on developing SharePoint Web Parts as our main product (you can read the history here), we set up a bunch of daily polls to survey our visitors on how they use SharePoint in their environment. The polls has been running for more than 16 months, so there are a number of interesting data points that you can observe. This has been one of the key data that we use to develop the "right" products for our 4000+ customers.

If you have not voted, you will be asked to vote before you can see the results. Vote for each poll individually and you will be able to see the result of that particular survey. OK – so it’s not entirely free, but it’s a small price to pay to see how other hundreds and thousands of our visitors uses SharePoint in the past year or so.
