Bamboo IT Productivity Pack and FBA Walkthrough

You've spent quite a bit of time setting up Forms Based Authentication using AspNetSqlMemberShipProvider properly in your SharePoint environment and now need any easy way to create new accounts and provide your users with password change and reset capabilities, is that too much to ask? Not with the Bamboo IT Productivity Pack, which includes three of our most popular Administrative Web Parts: User Account Setup, Password Change and Password Reset. While we've promoted (a little) that the IT Productivity Pack supports FBA using AspNetSqlMemberShipProvider, we haven't done a great job of actually showing you how to accomplish this. I've put together some steps (attached) that you can follow to get the Pack up and running in your environment in no time, and the great thing is you don't have to write a single line of code or muck with complex web part configurations.
