Who are the SharePoint Mystery Men? Paul Culmsee outed himself yesterday as Dr. Wicked, and revealed the secret identities of his teammates Agile Boy (Andrew Woodward), Magneto (Ruven Gotz), and Mr. Myagi (Dux Raymond Sy) in his Who wants to spend 3 days with me and the gang? post at Clever Workarounds yesterday.
These four globe-spanning SharePoint superheroes each possess their own distinct SharePoint super power, and are planning to join forces and convene a Governance Mentoring Workshop in D.C. this August. All four will be in town to speak at the Best Practices Conference, and are currently gauging the level of interest in such a Governance Mentoring Workshop to precede the Conference. The Workshop would occur August 19-21, just prior to the Best Practices Conference (August 24-26), and the cost of attendance would be $1,750 per attendee.
Please visit Clever Workarounds for more details on the proposed workshop and, if you think you might be interested in attending, please let your voice be heard by registering your interest at Dux's site. Tell 'em Bamboo Nation sent you!

About John Anderson
John Anderson joined Bamboo Solutions as Manager of Content & Syndication in May 2008 after a 12-year career at AOL. New to SharePoint at the time of his hiring, John was tasked with creating a new blog for the just-launched Bamboo Nation community in which he would document his daily SharePoint learning process. Thus was born the end user-centric SharePoint Blank, for which John authored 200 posts within a year, and which he continues to write today. Today, John writes SharePoint Blank in addition to his responsibilities as Managing Editor at Bamboo and, while he learned much about SharePoint in his first two years, he gleefully celebrates the release of SharePoint 2010 and the reset button that the new platform represents for SharePoint Blank.
