This Week in Bamboo (September 6th - September 12th, 2009)

This Week in Bamboo we continue rolling out Web License Manager to some more products. See the list below. In addition, some important patches for SharePoint Task Master R1.5.28, Alerts Plus R2.6.6, Password Reset Web Part R2.2.4 and Bamboo KPI Column R1.1.6 were released. Users can now connect the Bamboo Filters Collection with Virtual Map View to filter the records.

Virtual Map View Web Part (HW31 R1.7)

New:

• Use duration base license (2.5) - 30 day trial.
• Work with Web License Manager(WLM).
• Provide web part connection support for Bamboo Filters Collection (HW61). Users can connect Bamboo Filters Collection with Virtual Map View and filter for records in Virtual Map View.

SharePoint Task Master (HW45 R1.5.28)

Bugs Fixed:

• Error when there's only 1 column selected for display and users remove the No. column.
• Unexpected error" is shown when there are many list items shown in a view and users click on the Recalculate button.

Alerts Plus (HW05 2.6.6)

Bugs Fixed:

• CAML query filters not showing for particular recipient list. The error is UserControl_Recipient::Page_Load::That assembly does not allow partically trusted callers. 
• Alerts list is not triggered.
• Alerts are not sent if using appending text column in the alert configuration. 
• Hyperlink issue in the email body from a multiple line of text .
• Alert not sending email when user have read permission.

Password Reset Web Part (HW10 R2.2.4)

Bugs Fixed:

• Temporary passwords generated appear in logs.
• When use WSS 3.0 in active directory account creation mode, customer receives the error: User logon failed.
• .NET error: drop-down has multiple items selected. 

Bamboo KPI Column (HW41J R1.1.6)

Bug Fixed:

Create KPI column in any Sharepoint list (except Bamboo KPI List) , it cannot get value from source list.
