This Week in Bamboo (Nov. 1st, 2009 - Nov. 7th, 2009)

For This Week in Bamboo we released some fixes for one of our newest products SharePoint Video Library. Patches with bug fixes for Bamboo Lookup Selector and List Search Web Part were also made available on our storefront.  For more information, please review the details below.

SharePoint Video Library (HW69 R1.1)

New:
• Use Web Licensing Manager (WLM) R1.1.
• Use new installer v1.1.28 or later.

Bug Fixes:
• WLM R1.1: Fix unable to activate license in non-English server or if the Web Application Service is stopped on Central Administration box.
• New Setup: Fix unable to remove and add assemblies to the GAC during install.
• View a video with an anonymous user the library prompts user for username/password.
• Content from embedded video columns does not work in content editor web part.
• OK button breaks on Upload form when click the link to view Supported Formats then close the Window.
• In Edit form the "Link" value under the embedded video generated a value that results in a "404 Page not Found" error.

List Simple Search (HW11A R1.7.6)

Bug Fixed:
View search return value of datetime field with hh:mm:ss, it is not the same to SharePoint list(hh:mm).

List Advanced Search (HW11B R1.7.18)

Bug Fixed:
Search results returned for Simple and Advanced lists do not match. The Document Date field is showing different data in the two results: The simple view shows the modified/created date-time as HH:MM while the advanced view shows the same values as HH:MM:SS. 

Bamboo Lookup Selector (HW41AB R2.2.2)

Bug Fixed:
If the Bamboo Lookup Selector column is used where its source is a SharePoint Lookup column, then Bamboo Lookup Selector column does not hold value in edit form.
