At the forefront of BambooCRM is its full-featured Dashboard page. It's from here that sales teams and managers can view key information via customizable graphs, charts, and more. Below, we'll call out a few of the key features in each of these components.
Graphs:
Each Dashboard graph comes equipped with an easy to understand legend. You'll also find that you can configure the Dashboard for multiple views that present information in different ways, and you can zoom in further in most components to achieve even greater detail. In fact, Dashboard charts also feature clickable areas which can be used to directly navigate to relevant information without having to hunt that information down in the application. The Sales Funnel graph is the core of the dashboard and is a useful tool which allows members of the sales team to quickly analyze their sales pipeline.
Calendar:
The Dashboard page also hosts a dynamic calendar. The calendar automatically marks all important tasks and activities which are relevant to the currently logged-in user. These activities can be quickly reviewed by simply moving the mouse pointer over them without having to leave the Dashboard page. A more detailed day or month view can be configured per the user's preferences while on the dashboard page itself, similar to the Calendar view in Outlook. Also, the BambooCRM dashboard provides a "Quick Create" pane from which users can quickly create new contacts, accounts, leads, etc. directly from the dashboard.
Access:
Teams will appreciate that the dashboard page is divided into three areas: My Dashboard, Team Dashboard, and an Admin Dashboard. The information presented in these three areas is restricted by type. For example, My Dashboard shows information that is relevant only to the currently logged-in user, while the Team Dashboard presents general information that could be useful to the entire team. It is also worth noting that all of the information presented on the dashboard is filtered according to the user's level of access. The level of access is governed by the security model of BambooCRM. In short, if a user is not authorized to view certain data, it will not be shown to them. The Admin Dashboard contains information that is more analytical in nature and is available only to users who have the appropriate level of access. Some of the graphical information contained in the Admin Dashboard is agent productivity, converted leads analytics, and performance of sales campaigns.
BambooCRM gets you up and running in minutes for a number of reasons. One of them is its ease of use, and this extends to the easy to understand and configure Dashboard.
