How do I view alerts for a single document. I can see that I am in My Alerts. I can't see the other 4 people I added to be alerted to changes in this document. I added them in and changed the document name, but the adds as far as I can tell didn't stick. I have admin priveleges.

So how do you actually look into a SharePoint group to see who is in that particular group? Where do you even go to see that group at all?

Can you fill in the blanks from the forum? There is no current answer to creating a single or multiple workspaces with a reoccuring meeting.

Hi, SpittingCAML -

Which specific Case Management tool were you looking at? Typically these tools are focused on a specific client/customer and everything around that client (history, contact, projects, etc.)

Whereas a PMIS is focused solely on a specific project environment. Everything about that project environment (project artifacts, communication, processes, metrics, reports, etc.) will be centralized in the PMIS.

Certainly a PMIS developed using SharePoint can be integrated with Case Management tools out there through standard APIs or Web services.

Hiya - with apologies for this delayed response, much as I'd like to claim the appropriate level of expertise to have authored the using SharePoint as a PMIS post you reference, I'm honor bound to point out that it was written by our resident expert on using SharePoint for PM, Dux Raymond Sy.

I'm going to request that Dux jump in with an answer here, and we'll also feature the question and answer in the PM forum so that others may benefit from the discussion there as well.

We have recently set this 'Require Check Out' to true in our Sharepoint. And we have a web application that uses sharepoint as the document management system and uploads files to the sharepoint. Since setting the 'Require Check Out' to true, we were having problems because after uploading, a file has to be checked in and there is no way to do that currently. Any ideas or pointers.

Hi John, is it possible to edit the "created by" column in sharepoint. I will populate a list with data but the creted by column then has my details in it. I want it to have unique usernames of the people in my AD in order that I can set the view only to show the row in the list that belongs to the logged on user.

On my mysite the first time i go there everyday it asks me to authenticate for the calendar is there a way to let it remember my un/ pw ? When i go to a SP page it doesn't ask for a un/pw.
