We have purchased a copy of the pdf conversion tool and i have been playing with the trial to assess how best to fit it into my solution.
My conversion activator does not appear to be doing anything and all services are running but i am unable to check the log files as explained here http://community.bamboosolutions.com/forums .
Is this a issue with Windows Server 2008 because "documents and setting" are no longer used? Resolution to this would be to build your MSI to use a environment parameter but thats a little late for me.
Is this a known issue and is there a resolution.
