Hi guys

I've go the DEMO product installed ok and it says in the right hand side that the view I picked will be displayed but its not. The view I'm getting has the docuemnt title, Modified date etc. NONE of these are in my view!!

Have I configured wrongly  - when you ask me which view I want to see I just assumed it would be the view as I set it up with filters, chosen columns etc.

Trying to help a client get a product launched here with a few  Bamboo bits but this can't go live like this...anyone had a similar problem or can help me asap..

Thanks

Sharon

Hi Sharon,

Can you give us some details of your scenario:

  • what version of the tree view are you using
  • are you orgainizing results by folder or group

Thanks!

I am having the same issue with the Tree View.  Custom view is not shown under the Tree View.  Any changes on document view is not reflecting on the Tree View.

Bamboo.TreeView

  • Version: 1.0.0.0
  • File Version: 1.6.1.0

I'm organining results by folder.

Was this issue ever resolved?

Can you verify that you are including your custom view in the Select views to display results section of the Tree View tool pane? This section is circled in red in the screen shot shown below. In order for your view to appear, you will need to select it. The Select All checkbox is not selected by default.
