All users get displayed regardless of organization unit path

I've tried:

_Engineering

_Administrative

_Administrative/Users

_Administrative/Users/Bedford

Each time I still just see ALL of the users.

Any help appreciated.

It appears I was seeing al the users / OU's only in the organization view. Not in the alpha view.
