Our sharepoint site is set up to have remote access via an SSL cert.  The entire site works correctly except our Bamboo Knowledge Base Solution.  When we select a Bamboo link the address that it tries to access is the internal address and not the external address.  Basiclly URL link still includes http://via instead of translating that to https://sharepoint.viarchitecture.com for external use (while leaving it http://via for internal use).

Has anyone set there sites up this way how did you solve this issue.

Current issue:

Internal address is http://via/...

External is https://sharepoint.viarchitecture.com

When I am on site externally and click a bamboo link it always points to the internal address.

Hello,

When you configure the various Web Parts for KB Accelerator, one of the settings is to define the URL of where the KB Admin lists reside.  I beleive what has occurred is you have entered absolute URLs.  We suggest using relative URLS instead.  So for example, youmight have entered http://via/KBAdmin/lists/...., what you want to enter is ./kbadmin/lists/...

Hope this helps!
