Error during Installation of the Alert Plus WebPart

I get that the "SharePoint was unable to connect to the database server". What does this mean if the Sharepoins server talks all the time with the database server... ?

This happens in the second step during "System Check".

Can you help? Thank you.

Hello,

The account that you are using doesn't have access sysadmin role in SQL or dbo access to your SP database.
