we use a project management tool based on a MS SQL Server 2005 database .Within this database I've added an additional table to store all bamboo specific data.All necessary data fields can be generated and exportetd e.g. to a xml file.Is it possible to map the exported data with Bamboo Project Task List fields directly ?

Currently, we do not support this option. However, this is a good request. We will add this feature to our list for future enhancement (We probably will not be able to provide this feature until late Q3.).

You can use List Bulk Import. List Bulk Import can be setup using Task Scheduler to run as often as you would like to (one time or many times using the Task Scheduler.). It will keep syncing the information from SQL to SPList.
