Cross List Custom HTML Edit Issue

Our MOSS intranet is behind ISA 2006, using FBA.  All users are outside the firewall.  MOSS/WSS web services are blocked at the firewall.

Using the Cross-List Web Part, we can connect a single list or multiple lists; however, when attempting to modify the HTML of the web part,  we get the error below.  We do not get a similar error when attempting to modify the CSS.  This is the File Version: 1.1.25.0 of this control.

    The page cannot be displayed

Explanation: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

    Try the following:

    • Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the Refresh button. The timeout may have occurred due to Internet congestion.
    • Check spelling: Check that you typed the Web page address correctly. The address may have been mistyped.
    • Access from a link: If there is a link to the page you are looking for, try accessing the page from that link.

    Technical Information (for support personnel)

    • Error Code: 401 Unauthorized. The server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web server is denied. Contact the server administrator. (12209)
