We have an internal site called http://bidsystem
The Chart Part is set up successfully and the charts are displayed as normal.
However, we have set-up the site as an extranet on an SSL connection called https://bidsystem.keepmoat.com
When logged in, the Chart parts appear as a little red 'X'. When you look at the properties it is relating the Chart parts to http://bidsystem. Is there anyway we can set this so that we can view the charts both on site at http://bidsystem AND externally at https:\\bidsystem.keepmoat.com?
Can you tell us what version of Chart Plus you are using? You can find the version in the tool pane of the web part, at the bottom in the section called About Web Part. The latest version of the web part should work with https/http - reverse proxy.
