Hello,

We have 10 users in a webpart on the Calendar tab.  When we switch to the month view, the last user in the list has part of their schedule cut off in the view and the rest of it is on a second page.  This user is concerned that others will miss them on the calendar when scheduling .

Is there any way to display all of this user's info on the first page?  At what point (# of items) does info flip to another page?

Thank You

You can change the number of users displayed per page in the web part on the Calendar page. To do this, edit the page and then edit the web part. See the configuration parameter called Users per page at the bottom of the screen shot below. It defaults to 10. You can change it to 15 or 20 to ensure that all your users appear on the first page.

Actually we have it to set at number of users = 100.  So unfortunately that is not the issue.  I tried changing it to 15 to see what would  happen and it just kicked more of the users to the next page.

It seems to be tied to the number of created appointments in a given month.

It appears that irregardless of the number of users (we have 10 and have it set to show 100 per page) the Calendar tab (month view) will push the users onto the next page once 100 lines of data are entered on the page.  I expanded all of the users (+) and counted each of the entries entered below each user.  Every time it went to a new page after 100 time-off entries.

Is this a bug or is it by design?  Is there a way to fix this?  Right now, the last user on the list has their data split - half on the first page and half on the second page.  Their data shows only two days off on the first page and then the rest of the month appears on the second page.  It is very easy to miss  (please see my previously posted images).
