{Comments} not showing in alert

Hi,

I have a Discussion List in SP2007 with an alert configured.  I'd like to include the text that was entered into the Comments field, however when entering {Comments} in the body text it does not show in the resulting email alert.

{ItemLink} and a few other fields are working fine - its just this one column?

Any help would be appreciated?

Hi Wayne,

As I know, Discussion List in SP 2007 doesn't have Comments field. It has Body field, Subject field, Created By and Modified By field in Discussion board list Settings. When I input {Body} field in Mail Format, email alert shows the content OK. So please let us know the following information to see your problem:
Does Comments field insert into the list? What file version of Alert Plus are you using? And screenshot of your behaviours.

However, I recommend you should submit a new ticket via My Bamboo so Support Team help you further.

Thank you for your reply.  I've detailed the version info at the bottom of this reply.  Yes, the Comments field is a new field that I have added - the text from this field is what I would like to include in alerts.

Hi Wayne,

I'm sorry for the delay in my response. I see you are using old version, at this time, the latest version is R3.2.102.
