i am usng MOSS 2007

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\BIN>stsa
dm.exe -o addwppack -filename Bamboo.Hello.WebPart.SPv3.cab -globalinstall

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Bamboo.Hello.WebPart.SPv3.cab: The Web Part deployment failed.

Hello bdelen,

Currently Hello Web Part is built using an older installation program.  As a result, this message means that the user logged in performing the installation does not have rights to the SQL Database.
