Hello there,

We are trialing this product. In the config section, when I provide credentials and URL of Exhange 2K7 OWA,  I get the error  "Unable to connect to remote server" on pressing Test connection. Naturally, one can assume the parameters are wrong,  but the parameters are correct and I have tried the same manually on the clinet and on the Sharepoint server in a web page. What am I missing and has anyone else experienced this problem.

Thanks.

What did you enter as your Web Service URL may I ask? Smile

When we first tried the product we were attempting to use the owa url (e.g. https://webmail.xxx.xxx/owa/) and met with no success. We then took a gueue from the config page for the web part and entered the address for the exchange web service, even though we didn't set it up (e.g. https://webmail.xxx.xxx/EWS/Exchange.asmx) and we have been using it ever since.

Hope it is as simple as this.

Good luck.

Thanks for your response Bill. I have not had a chance to look this for a while and have had to reinstall the trial. Had issues installing it via the GUI(error related to Telerik installation issue into the GAC) and hence had to do a manual CMD line installation. but now it's giving me a script error on the page where the webpart is added. Error is as follows -

Line: 3065
Char: 5
Error: 'Telerik' is undefined
Code: 0
URL: URL of page where the webpart is added

I suspect its some installation error, though the command line didnt report any errors during installation.

Any help/suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks.
