Hello everybody,

the support documentation of Bambbo project dashboard it's very useful.

It would be great if you can kindly confirm me if I got correctly the meaning of these columns and/or to provide me some simple additional information about these fields:

10 Baseline Start Date: Baseline Start Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

The ORIGINAL PLANNED date when we plan to initiatie the project (e.g. during the year)?

11 Baseline End Date : Baseline End Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

The ORIGINAL PLANNED date when we plan to FINISH the project?

12 Actual Start Date: Actual Start Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

The REAL, EFFECTIVE date when we INITIATE the project (that could be different from the Baseline originally planned)?

13 Actual End Date: Actual End Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

The REAL, EFFECTIVE date when we FINISH the project (should this field be populated once we CLOSE the project)?

14 Forecasted End Date: Forecasted End Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

Once the project started we should fill this field with the date when we forecast to close the project?

16 Duration: Duration of project in number of hours or days.

This field is not the same as for 30 Project Current Effort? Otherwise how we should calculate it?

17 Original Project Due Date Original Project Due Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

What’s the difference between this field and 11 Baseline End Date?

18 Current Project Due: Date Current Project Due Date (Only displays Date, not Time.)

What’s the difference between this field and 14 Forecasted End Date?

21 Project Planned Expense (PV): The estimated value of the planned work.

What’s the meaning of PV? Is it the money committed for the project but not already spent? Is it the BAC-AC? Can you kindly help me?

22 Project Earned Value (EV) The estimated value of the work accomplished.

Any additional input or examples for this field?

A BIG BIG THANKS TO ANYBODY CAN HELP ME OR SHARED WITH ME EXPERIENCE WITH THE DASHBOARD

Daniele
